SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: Will be by UPS or similar carrier and will ship as soon as item is available (Usually 4-7 days) Orders that are claimed as "not received" by customer must be within the window of 60 days after shipping email is sent to the purchaser, if you report the order anytime after that then the order is considered lost and not refundable. Mountain Clothier is not responsible for shipping errors and can only use what is available to correct such problems which would be file a claim with the carrier, but carriers will not accept claims that are older than 60 days. We suggest using the "Standard Shipping with Signature Confirmation" to secure your purchase. If you opt for just "Standard Shipping" then you are held to the same rules as the carrier outlines for shipping policies.

Returns:  For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:
 
Worn or soiled apparel
Apparel with special logo(s)
Masks 
Any item that was personalized
